IV CONCURSO Prof. Dr. José de Oliveira Ascensão – Resultado Final
IV COMPETITION Professor Doctor JOSÉ DE OLIVEIRA ASCENSÃO
SUBMIT YOUR THESIS ON CODAIP
The Contest is held annually in honor of Professor Doctor José de Oliveira Ascensão, a Portuguese-Brazilian jurist whose teachings instigated the training of generations of researchers in the study of Intellectual Rights.
The Contest aims to stimulate, increase and stimulate continuous research for scientific progress in the area of Intellectual Law, giving greater visibility to studies and works of excellence produced each year in the country and abroad.
This year 2022 we had a total of 58 (FIVE EIGHT) submissions of academic papers.
We received excellent works ranging from undergraduate thesis, postgraduate monographs, dissertations and doctoral theses, coming from different regions of the country, as well as from foreign, Latin American and European institutions.
We were surprised by the quantity and quality of important research that we had the opportunity to read and analyze, making the task of selecting even more complex, given the wide range of topics related to Intellectual Property Law.
We now present RESULTS OF THE IV CONTEST with the works and authors selected to speak at the Workshop: Present your Thesis during the online realization of the XVI CODAIP on November 3, 4 and 5, 2022, in this edition we had 10 (ten) works selected :
